Flour, as a staple food, is produced in the Klas by carefully controlled processes and controlled health and hygiene conditions. The complete production process is automated and at no point in time the wheat is exposed to any risks that might undermine its technological or health quality.
The Klas’ wheat mill is the largest and the most modern mill for processing wheat in the Southeastern Europe with total installed capacity of 450 tons per day. The Klas produces all types of flour, T-400, T-500, T-550, T-710, T-850, T-1100. Also some special purpose flours are produced, which have very specific quality parameters. The best recognized brand in the market is the Golden Powder (T-400), which is the absolute market leader in the category of special purpose flour, as well as the flour T-500.
Golden Powder
During the seventies of the last century, Klas was among the first manufacturers to start producing the special purpose flower T-400 under the brand name of Golden Powder. More than 50 years have passed since then, and the Golden Powder has remained the absolute market leader among special purpose flours. When they don’t want to take any risks, and want to make a perfect phyllo pie, bread or cake, the hostesses always choose the Golden Powder, as it has become the synonymous for quality, not only in BiH, but also in many export markets (Montenegro, Sweden, USA, The Netherlands, Germany, Slovenia…).
The Golden Powder, as well as other types of flour, are made in the Klas’ mill for processing wheat, which is the largest and the most modern one in the Southeastern Europe, fully automatized, with total installed capacity of 450 tons a day. Thanks to this equipment, Klas has been leader in producing milling and baking products in BiH for long time.
T500
The T-500 flour is one of the most important Klas’ products, in the familiar packaging that emphasizes all natural and healthy qualities of the flour milled from the best sorts of wheat, specifically chosen for making phyllo pastry, breads, cookies and cakes.
Flour, as a stable food, is produced in the Klas in strictly controlled processes and sanitary conditions. The whole process is fully automatic, and at no point in time the wheat required for production is exposed to any risks that might undermine its technological or health quality.
The Klas’ mill for processing wheat is the largest and the most modern in the Southeastern Europe, with the total installed capacity of 450 tons per day. It is a tower mill, with the equipment installed at higher floors, while the lower floors serve as storage space. Thanks to this equipment, the productivity is at its maximum, while the complete production process in the mill is automatized and run by computers.
