Second World War.  Available capacities of the Paromlin worked only occasionally and to a limit. As in the earlier wars, the Independent State of Croatia’s authorities restricted supply of food to citizens, and the City Provisions Office distributed special cards that allowed the citizens to receive daily rations of bread food: 150g of bread, grains, or 110g of flour made from grains.
